Terms of Service

  • Commissions are for personal use only. Please ask me beforehand if you plan on using it commercially as it will incur a higher fee.

  • You will receive a full resolution digital file (.png).

  • Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency.

  • Payment should be done in either: (1) Full amount before or after the sketch is approved ; (2) Half amount after sketch and another half after completion.

  • Commissions may take around 2 weeks ~1 month to complete depending on the complexity of the request.

  • Refunds are allowed only if the commission has not been started within the set time. Otherwise, no refunds.

  • I am allowed to reject any commissions that I feel unfit for my style.

  • Please provide enough references so the commission will be progressed smoothly.

  • I am allowed to choose whether to post the artwork on my social media, unless stated otherwise.

  • Changes are only allowed during the sketch stages. Any major changes after rendering will incur an additional fee. I will update you frequently on the progress of the commission, so if I miss out on any details, please notify me and these will be free of charge.

  • Feel free to DM me about other types of commissions that were not mentioned here. I'll consider if I am able to do them.
